matlab安装问题

问题：运行MATLAB时出现Runtime Error，症状如下：
runtime error
program:E:\MATLAB7\bin\win32\网页链接 this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. please contact the application's support team for more information
另一个对话框里边还有一串JAVA程序。
怎么办
