  • 如何设置快捷键:找到需要设置快捷键的功能,crtl+左键-“可选的”,进行快捷键设置
  • 关联PCB与原理图,快捷键“T”,选中"交叉选择模式"
  • 在pcb中,快捷键“TC”,可在原理图中定位到元件
  • 快捷键“DC”,打开对象类浏览器,可为网络添加类型
  • 相似模块快速布局布线->创建room

①全选要拷贝的器件,“D”-"M"-"从选择的器件产生矩形的room(T)",源和目标都要创建room,也就是两个room
②通道号不一致的情况下,需要将目标的通道号与源的通道号一致。全选源room,右下角“panels”-"pcblist",选择“edit”,'selet objects',include-仅显示-compo***。"Designator"进行排序,“chanel offset”全选,crtl+c复制;
*全选目标room."Designator"进行排序,“chanel offset”全选,crtl+v粘贴;
*通过chanel-offst匹配通道号,“D”-"M"-"拷贝room格式(C)"
tips:如果布线时room拷贝不行的话,筛选tracks,vias,regions,polygon 进行拷贝粘贴,然后再进行网络修改,重新灌铜等操作
  • 过孔孔径设置公式:2*H±2mil,H孔洞径一般设置为12mil,孔盘=2*12-2=22mil,需要在"customize"-“PCB editor”中设置,一般需要设置“tented”,进行盖油处理
  • 忽略器件内部规则,"DR"-clearance-"忽略同一封装内的焊盘间距"

5.1布局
  • 如果数据手册上有,直接按照数据手册进行绘制PCB

  • 拿到PCB元件先导入,阵列排布,shootkey:TOL
  • 绘画板框时,机械层PL画线;EOS设置原点;DSD设置板子形状,需要先选中板框
  • 4个片脚固定孔设计,一般按照片脚中心x,y各偏移5mm
  • 层叠管理器(DK),进行层叠管理
  • 布局之前先进行预布局,按功进行模块化分析
  • 模块化布局遵循以下原则:

①根据功能,进行先大后小的原则,先放置大的功能模块,再放置小的功能模块
②根据信号流向原则,根据信号的输入输出端,初步确定各个元器件的摆放位置,信号走向尽量按照“一字型”和“L字型”
*就近原则,主体与电阻容感等一个整体的部分相互靠近
  • 布局预留电源走线通道,理清电源走向
  • 布局时方便布局,可隐藏所有飞线,“右键”-“隐藏连接”-“全部”
  • 布局时,位号影响视觉,“右键”-“查找相似对象”-“object spefitic”-“Designator”改成same,再将“text height”与“stroke width”改到10mil与2mil,在选中文本状态下,全选“AP”定位器文本(居中)
  • 布局摆放电容时,遵循先大电容,后小电容的摆法
  • 预布局完成后,根据走线情况再做调整


5.2布线
  • 输入打孔应在滤波电容之前,输出打孔应在滤波电容之后
  • 输入输出电路尽量少打孔,打孔会延长电路的流动路径
  • 全连接散热快,不利于人工手动焊接(锡膏上去就凝固);但是全连接载流能力更强,回流焊一般采用全连接
  • 采用十字连接时,可以使用"放置"-“填充”进行面积扩充
  • 反馈路径需要远离干扰源与大电流平面
  • 信号线尽量短而粗(10mil-0.5A),提高信号质量
  • 开关电源中间的散热焊盘一般需要打散热过孔,并且做开窗处理(不覆盖防焊油墨),散热过孔中间一般不走信号线
  • 开关电源模块的电感下,需要尽量避免走线,如果走线,信号线必须要做包地处理。电感下的铜皮需要挖空至丝印处
  • 芯片pin脚铺铜时,铺铜宽度不要超过pin脚焊盘宽度

挖铜不要把焊盘部分也挖了,容易虚连,导致开路
